At the regular church business meeting August 12^th, 1894, Rev. C. A. Youngbreg

Stepped into leadership of the church.  Remodeling of the church took place during

the summer of 1895, and during this summer the church also celebrated its 10^th

anniversary.  The meetings were unusually well attended, the church grew numerically.

Pastor Youngberg was a fluent speaker who was eagerly heard.  During the

     Latter part of his pastorate, the church had the sad experience of having to expel

many from the membership.  Pastor Youngberg left July 16^th , 1897.
