Enoch Carlson

 1920-1922

Rev. Enoch Carlson stepped into the leadership of the church September 18th, 1920. He was a quiet, peaceful man who had a great zeal for the Kingdom work. He conducted special Bible School classes in the parsonage for the children on Saturdays. An evangelistic campaign was conducted with the assistance of Missionary W. O. Olson. The question of changing the language in the Sunday School and Sunday evening services was urged by the pastor, but was voted down. The financial support of the church also seemed to hit a low ebb in this period. Rev. Carlson’s stay was very short, and the 30th of October, 1922, he resigned as pastor.
